A striking high-rise hotel centrally located in wooded Fair Lakes, Hyatt Fair Lakes is just 9 miles from the Washington Dulles International Airport, with easy access to shopping in Fair Lakes, at Fair Oaks Mall and Tyson's Corner. We are only 20 miles to downtown Washington, D.C., and 6 miles to the George Mason University and Patriot Center. Nearby are the Dulles Expo Center, The Smithsonian Udvar-Hazy Air and Space Museum and Manassas Battlefield.

Each of the 316 guest rooms and suites at the Hyatt Fair Lakes were renovated in September 2006. The suite size rooms feature a separate seating area with a fold out sofa bed, the Hyatt grand bed, wireless internet access, marble baths, and iHome clock radios.  

The Houndstooth Grill Restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner daily and the Lobby Bar is open every evening. In room dining is available 6:30am – midnight.

Directions:
From Washington Dulles International Airport (9 miles): Follow signs to Dulles Toll Road, 267 east. Exit at Sully Road, Route 28 south. Go 4.4 miles to Lee Jackson Memorial Highway, Route 50 east, then 3.9 miles to Fairfax County Parkway, 7100 south. Go one mile to the second stop light and turn right onto Fair Lakes Parkway. At the second stoplight, turn left onto Fair Lakes Circle. Hotel is 1/4 mile ahead on the right.
