Our Websites offer opportunities for you to learn about our retail, office, and residential community development and for us to provide you with services related to our communities (“Services”).    

                Personal Information

“Personal Information” is individually identifiable information that would allow us to determine the identity of a specific person.  In general, you can use the Websites and Services without providing Personal Information.

One of the Services we provide is free Wi-Fi at some of our communities.  If you log on to the free Wi-Fi available at one of our communities, we may ask that you provide Personal Information such as your email address and/or telephone number. 

We may use your email address to send you informational or promotional emails regarding products or services we believe may interest you.  You can unsubscribe from receiving commercial emails from us by following the unsubscribe link in the emails you receive.

                Usage Information

We may gather certain information about your use of our Websites, and collect and store this information automatically whenever you interact with our Websites. For example, we may collect your information about how you navigate from page to page when you visit our Websites. We also collect information regarding traffic patterns and site usage. This information does not identify you personally and is used to analyze and improve our Websites.

Sharing

We will only share Personal Information with third parties in accordance with this policy. We may be required to share Personal Information with regulators or law enforcement, for example in response to valid legal process.
